Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose and scope

These terms govern sales made on the Belle Intime website between [TO BE COMPLETED: name or company name, SIRET number] ("the Seller") and any individual acting for non-business purposes ("the Customer"). Placing an order means accepting these terms.

2. Products

The main characteristics of the products (composition, sizes, colors) are shown on each product page. Photographs are not contractual; slight variations in shade may occur depending on your screen.

3. Prices and offers

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The unit price is €34.99. Bundle offers (buy 2, get 1 free; buy 3, get 2 free) are applied automatically in the cart and cannot be combined with each other. Any shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. The Seller may change its prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when the order is placed.

4. Orders

The order is final once payment has been validated. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the Customer. The Seller may refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by bank card or by the other methods offered at checkout, through a secure platform. The Seller never has access to bank details.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms and times are detailed on our Shipping page. In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the order unless a different time is stated. In the event of a delay, the Customer may, after formal notice has remained without effect, cancel the contract and obtain a refund of the sums paid.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to withdraw, without having to give a reason. Belle Intime extends this period to 30 days. The procedure is described on our Returns and refunds page. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the request, subject to receipt of the product or proof of shipment.

8. Legal guarantees

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery, and by the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Under the guarantee of conformity, the Customer may obtain the repair or replacement of the item or, failing that, a price reduction or cancellation of the sale.

9. Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract due to force majeure or to the Customer's own actions.

10. Personal data

The data collected is necessary to process the order. How it is processed is described in our privacy policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts under the ordinary rules of law.
