Returns and refunds

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return an item, without having to give a reason (the legal withdrawal period is 14 days; we extend it to 30 days).

How it works

1. Email us at yanniteffert555@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We send you the return address and instructions.
3. Send back the item unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, a lingerie item that has been worn or whose protective packaging has been removed cannot be taken back, unless it is faulty.

Refund

The refund is made to the payment method you used, within 14 days of your request, and at the latest once we receive the item or proof of shipment. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake. If you return part of an order bought as a bundle, the refund is calculated on the price actually paid per piece.

Faulty item

If your item is faulty or not as described, you are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity: we replace or refund it at no cost to you. Send us a photo by email.
