Where we ship

We deliver to mainland France [TO BE COMPLETED if you ship to other countries: Belgium, Switzerland, etc.].

Delivery times

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. The estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 business days after the order. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

Tracked shipping is free during the offers shown on the site. Outside those periods, any shipping costs are displayed before you confirm your order.

Late or lost parcel

If your parcel has not arrived after the stated time, email us at yanniteffert555@gmail.com: we open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, we resend your order or refund you.

Damaged parcel

Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
